Marketing Delivery: When the Roadmap Needs Building
An audit finds the leaks. A roadmap sequences the fix. Marketing delivery is where that plan actually gets built, from the website and SEO foundations to the email flows, instead of staying a document nobody had the time or skills to execute.

The short version
- Hands-on marketing delivery: WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify builds, SEO, AEO and GEO, and Klaviyo or Mailchimp email.
- Scoped against the priorities from a Growth Audit or Growth Roadmap, not sold as a fixed package.
- A fixed-scope quote before anything starts, so there’s no surprise invoice.
- Staged builds with review points, and SEO foundations built in from day one.
- Scoped per project, or folded into a Fractional Growth Lead retainer.
What marketing delivery covers
| Area | What it includes |
|---|---|
| WordPress and Shopify builds | New sites, rebuilds or targeted fixes on WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify, built on a conversion and SEO-first foundation |
| SEO, AEO and GEO | The technical and on-page work that gets a site found in traditional search and in AI answers. See SEO services and AEO vs GEO vs SEO |
| Klaviyo and Mailchimp | Email flows, segmentation and campaign builds set up to the priorities in your roadmap, not generic templates |
| Whatever the roadmap calls for | The exact scope varies, because the roadmap defines what needs building, not a fixed list of deliverables |
Not included: copywriting, photography and custom software development. Those stay with your team or specialists, working to the briefs and structure I provide.
Why it’s scoped per project
A fixed package usually means one of two things: you pay for work you don’t need, or the work you do need doesn’t fit inside the box and gets skipped. Delivery is scoped against the specific priorities from a Growth Audit or Growth Roadmap. Sometimes that’s a full Shopify rebuild. Sometimes it’s three days of email flow work. The quote reflects what’s actually needed.
How delivery connects to everything else
Marketing delivery is the execution layer, not a standalone starting point. Most projects arrive here one of three ways:
| Route in | What gets delivered |
|---|---|
| Growth Audit | The specific fixes the audit identified, then built |
| Growth Roadmap | A full 6–12 month plan, delivered in stages |
| Fractional Growth Lead | Ongoing delivery folded into a monthly retainer instead of billed project by project |
If none of those exist yet for your business, that’s the right place to start. Delivery is priced against a plan, not sold cold.
What you get
- A fixed-scope quote before anything starts. No ambiguity about what “done” looks like or what it costs.
- Staged builds with review points. Not a single surprise at the end.
- SEO foundations built in. Search visibility isn’t a separate project to bolt on later.
- Work you own. Your site, accounts and email platform stay in your name.
Where it fits

| Fractional Growth Lead | From £2,500/month | Ongoing leadership with delivery included |
| Delivery | Scoped per project | Building what the plan calls for |
Marketing delivery FAQs
Can I hire you for delivery without an audit or roadmap first?
Generally no. Delivery is scoped against specific priorities, and without an audit or roadmap there’s nothing concrete to quote against. If you’re confident about what needs building, a short scoping conversation can cover that groundwork.
Which platforms do you build on?
Mainly WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify. Between them they cover the vast majority of e-commerce and content site needs. Other platforms can be discussed case by case.
What does “scoped per project” mean for pricing?
There’s no published day rate or package price. Every quote is based on the specific work defined by your audit or roadmap and confirmed before anything starts.
Do you set up email marketing, or just advise on it?
Both. Klaviyo and Mailchimp implementation, including flows, segmentation and campaign builds, is part of delivery, not left as a recommendation for someone else.
Is ongoing support included after launch?
Not by default. Post-launch support is available as ad-hoc project work or folded into a Fractional Growth Lead retainer.
Have a plan that needs building?
Book a short scoping call to talk through what your audit or roadmap calls for and how delivery would be staged.
