When the roadmap needs building.

Scoped per project.

An audit finds the leaks. A roadmap sequences the fix. Delivery is where that plan actually gets built — the sites, the SEO foundations, the email flows — rather than staying a document nobody had the time or the specific skill set to execute.

What’s Covered

  • WordPress and Shopify builds — new sites, rebuilds, or targeted fixes to an existing one, built on the same conversion-and-SEO-first foundation as everything else here
  • SEO, AEO and GEO implementation — the technical and content work that gets a site actually found: traditional search, plus how AI answer engines and generative search now surface businesses
  • Klaviyo and Mailchimp — email flows and campaigns built to the priorities set out in a Growth Roadmap, not generic templates
  • Whatever the roadmap actually calls for — the exact scope varies project to project, because the roadmap defines what needs building, not a fixed package of deliverables

Why This Is Scoped Per Project, Not Sold as a Package

A fixed package usually means one of two things: you’re paying for work you don’t need, or the work that’s actually required doesn’t fit inside the box and gets skipped. Delivery work here is scoped against the specific priorities from a Growth Audit or Growth Roadmap — sometimes that’s a full Shopify rebuild, sometimes it’s three days of email-flow work. The quote reflects what’s actually needed, not a template.

How It Connects to Everything Else

Delivery is the execution layer, not a standalone starting point. Most engagements arrive here one of three ways:

  • Off the back of a Growth Audit — specific fixes identified, then built
  • Off the back of a Growth Roadmap — a full 6–12 month plan, delivered against in stages
  • As part of a Fractional Growth Lead retainer — ongoing delivery folded into a monthly engagement rather than billed project by project

If none of those exist yet for your business, that’s the right place to start — Delivery work is priced and scoped against a plan, not sold cold.

What You Get

A fixed-scope quote before anything starts, so there’s no ambiguity about what “done” looks like or what it costs. Builds are staged with review points along the way, not delivered as a single surprise at the end, and every build ships with SEO foundations in place rather than treating search visibility as a separate project to bolt on later.

FAQs

Can I hire you for Delivery without an Audit or Roadmap first? Generally no — Delivery work is scoped against specific priorities, and without an audit or roadmap there’s nothing concrete to scope the quote against. A short scoping conversation can establish that groundwork if you’re confident on what needs building.

Do you only work in WordPress and Shopify? Those are the two platforms most engagements use, chosen because they cover the vast majority of e-commerce and content-site needs well. Other platforms can be discussed case by case.

What does “scoped per project” mean for pricing? No published day rate or package price — every quote is based on the specific build defined by your audit or roadmap, confirmed before work starts so there’s no surprise invoice.

Do you handle email marketing setup, or just the strategy? Both — Klaviyo and Mailchimp implementation (flows, segmentation, campaign builds) is part of Delivery, not left as a recommendation for someone else to execute.

Is ongoing support included after launch? Not by default — post-launch support is available either as ad-hoc project work or folded into a Fractional Growth Lead retainer if you want it ongoing.
