Fixed-price diagnostic. Where you’re leaking traffic, conversions and revenue, and what to fix first.

From £1,500.

Most marketing spend doesn’t fail because the channel was wrong — it fails because nobody worked out where the actual leak was before spending on it. The Growth Audit is that diagnosis: a fixed-price, fixed-scope look at your site, your funnel, and your channels, with a clear answer to “what should we fix first, and what will it be worth.”

What Gets Reviewed

Every audit is scoped to your business, but most cover the same ground:

  • Where traffic is coming from, and where it’s leaking — organic, paid, email, referral, and where each one drops off before converting
  • Site and funnel performance — technical SEO, page speed, mobile experience, and where the checkout or enquiry flow loses people
  • Content and search visibility — what you rank for now, what you should be targeting, and the gap between the two
  • Conversion points — product pages, landing pages, calls to action — assessed against what’s actually driving (or blocking) revenue, not just best-practice checklists
  • Channel prioritisation — which of your current channels deserve more budget, which deserve less, and what’s missing entirely

What You Get at the End

A written report, not a slide deck full of generic advice: specific findings, ranked by revenue impact, with a clear recommendation on what to fix first, second, and third. No padding to make the report look more thorough than the findings warrant — if there are five real issues, you get five, not twenty.

If it makes sense to keep going from there, the audit rolls naturally into a Growth Roadmap (from £4,000) for a fuller 6–12 month plan, or a Fractional Growth Lead engagement (from £2,500/month) if what you actually need is ongoing marketing leadership rather than a one-off report. Neither is required — plenty of audits stand alone and get handed to an in-house team or existing agency to action.

Who This Is For

E-commerce and music-industry brands doing real revenue already, where something isn’t adding up — spend is going out, growth isn’t coming back at the rate it should, and it’s not obvious why. It’s built for businesses that want a straight answer, including the answer “your website isn’t the problem, your offer is” or “you’re actually fine, stop second-guessing it.”

It’s not the right starting point if you’re pre-launch or pre-revenue — there’s not yet enough data to diagnose. A shorter scoping conversation is the better first step in that case.

How It Works

  1. Scoping call — a short conversation to confirm what’s in scope and what data is available (analytics access, ad accounts, current rankings).
  2. The audit itself — typically 1–2 weeks, working directly in your site and accounts, not just reviewing screenshots you send over.
  3. The findings report — delivered in writing, walked through live on a call so there’s room for questions before you act on anything.
  4. What happens next is up to you — action it yourself, hand it to your team, or continue into a Roadmap or Fractional engagement if that’s the better fit.

FAQs

How long does an audit take? Most run 1–2 weeks from kickoff to the findings call, depending on how much access and data is available upfront.

Do I need to already have Google Analytics and Search Console set up? It helps, but it’s not a hard requirement — part of the audit process is identifying measurement gaps if they exist.

What if the audit finds nothing wrong? Then that’s the finding — confirmation that budget and attention are better spent elsewhere isn’t a failed audit, it’s a useful one.

Is the £1,500 the full price, or does it vary? £1,500 is the starting price for a single-site, single-market audit. Scope (multiple sites, multiple markets, deeper technical review) is confirmed on the scoping call before anything’s booked, so there’s no surprise invoice.

Do you implement the fixes, or just report on them? The audit itself is diagnosis, not delivery — implementation is available separately through Delivery work or an ongoing Fractional Growth Lead engagement, but there’s no obligation to continue past the report.
