The Growth Roadmap
A prioritised 6–12 month plan across search, site, email and content, with numbers attached.
From £4,000.
An audit tells you where the leaks are. A roadmap tells you what to do about them, in what order, and what it should be worth — a working plan your team (or an agency, or a fractional lead) can actually execute against, not a wishlist of every marketing idea that could theoretically help.
What Makes This Different From a Generic Marketing Plan
Most “strategy documents” are a list of channels with vague ambitions attached — “grow organic traffic,” “improve email engagement” — with no sense of sequence or expected return. The Growth Roadmap is built the opposite way round: it starts from revenue targets and works backward to the specific, ordered set of actions that get you there, across the channels that actually matter for your business rather than every channel that exists.
Every roadmap includes:
- A prioritised action list, not a menu — sequenced by expected impact and effort, so it’s obvious what happens in month one versus month six
- Numbers attached to each priority — a realistic estimate of what each action is worth, so decisions about where to spend time and budget aren’t guesswork
- Coverage across search, site, email and content — assessed together, not as four disconnected workstreams that happen to share a spreadsheet tab
- A plan built for your team to run, or for us to run with you — it doesn’t assume you’re hiring WEBKANDY to execute every line; it’s built to be actionable either way
How It’s Built
The Roadmap draws directly on a Growth Audit where one exists — if you’ve already had one done, the roadmap picks up from those findings rather than re-diagnosing from scratch. If you haven’t, the roadmap process starts with the same diagnostic groundwork, just folded into a single engagement rather than two separate ones.
From there:
- Revenue targets and constraints — what you’re actually trying to hit over the next 6–12 months, and what budget, team, and tooling you’re working with
- Opportunity sizing across channels — search, site, email, and content assessed for realistic upside, not blue-sky projections
- Sequencing — what needs to happen first because it unblocks everything after it, versus what can run in parallel
- The written roadmap — delivered as a working document with owners, priorities, and numbers, walked through live so there’s room to pressure-test it before you commit resource to it
What Happens After You Have It
The roadmap is yours to execute however makes sense — in-house, with your existing agency, or with WEBKANDY. For businesses that want ongoing hands-on delivery against the plan rather than handing it off, a Fractional Growth Lead engagement (from £2,500/month) picks up exactly where the roadmap leaves off — same priorities, someone accountable for actually running them month to month.
Who This Is For
Businesses with enough scale and data that “just try everything” stops being a viable strategy — where budget and team time need to go against a prioritised plan, not spread evenly across every channel out of uncertainty about which one matters most. Works well whether you’re planning to execute in-house, brief an existing agency, or bring in fractional support.
FAQs
Do I need a Growth Audit first? Not strictly — the roadmap process includes the diagnostic groundwork if you haven’t had one done. But if you have, it saves time and cost to build the roadmap directly on those findings.
Will you run the plan for us, or is it a handover document? Both are options. The roadmap itself is a standalone deliverable you can execute however you choose; ongoing delivery is available separately through a Fractional Growth Lead engagement if that’s the better fit.
How specific are the numbers in the plan? Realistic estimates based on your current data and industry benchmarks — not guarantees, but grounded enough to actually prioritise budget and effort against, rather than vague directional language.
What if our team can’t execute all of it? That’s normal — the roadmap is sequenced so the highest-impact items come first, meaning partial execution still captures most of the value even if the full plan isn’t run end to end.
How long does it take to put together? Typically 2–3 weeks from kickoff, depending on how much groundwork is already in place from a prior audit.
