- Ensure designs adhere to responsive web design principles and best practices for optimal user experience across all devices.
- Work closely with our development team to ensure seamless translation of designs into functional websites.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design process and methodologies.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a web designer or in a related creative field.
- Strong understanding of design principles like visual hierarchy, typography, and colour theory.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality design.
- Passion for web design and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
